HOW TO USE

Start with dry hair.

Part hair into sections where oil is most noticeable, focusing primarily around the roots and hairline.

Gently shake a small amount of REFRESH through the sifter directly onto the roots or into your fingertips.

Massage into the roots using your fingertips and allow the powder to sit briefly to absorb excess oil.

Brush or work through the hair until fully blended.

Use anytime between washes to refresh the roots, absorb excess oil, and restore soft, airy texture.
